covid-19 policy:

Our main focus, as always, is everyone's health and safety. We are asking attendees who are not fully vaccinated (at least 2 weeks prior to 1/5/2024) to receive a negative PCR COVID-19 test within 72 hours of arrival. If, by any chance, you do test positive for COVID-19, we ask that you not attend the Winter Gathering and we will fully refund you for your tickets.

We are monitoring the local COVID-19 trends and will exceed the protocols mandated by the local government. Please note, based on these trends, we may revise our policy, and will notify all attendees.
