Expect updates, as changes are likely! Below is what we are planning so far!!
Friday, March 25th:
Some of us will be coming from New England, others will be arriving from other parts of the country, and maybe we'll even have some international Gatherers coming in!!
3pm: Arrival, Check In at our Winter Gathering Welcome Table to receive your passes, and Room Check In (for those of you who are overnight Gatherers)
4pm: Come to the bar and say hi, meet some of your fellow Gatherers
6pm & 6:30pm* - Dining Room: Dinner and Welcome Announcements
*We will be eating together each night, but to make this more manageable for Lake Morey Resort's amazing staff, we will be arriving in shifts. Dinner seating times will be assigned at the resort's front desk. Please check in with them after coming to see us at our welcome table to sign up for your dinner seating time!
8pm - Terrace Ballroom: AEG Deep Cuts Concert
The Band's first Winter Gathering performance will feature some of their older, less-often played songs, as well as some of the latest, unreleased arrangements!
After Hours: Bar's open til midnight. The stars will be out. We'll be surrounded by fellow-Gatherers. No one needs to drive anywhere. Just remember to pace yourself! 💪
Saturday, March 26th:
8am-10am - Dining Room: Come enjoy Lake Morey Resort's DELICIOUS breakfast buffet! (This is no Holiday Inn continental breakfast...not that there's anything wrong with that 🙂)
10am - Morey Room: Acoustic Session with Adam
Post-breakfast, have another coffee or tea (or perhaps something stronger), and hang with Adam as he features songs premiered during The Gathering Series and/or not yet arranged with the bandies.
12pm-6pm: Flex Time - Do your own thing!
Take advantage of all the seasonal outdoors activities available in Fairlee, VT! (Recommendations will be available at our welcome table)
Outdoor activities are of course weather dependent, but no matter what the weather is doing, there are always fun activities to be tackled in this beautiful place...just make sure to bring proper outdoor gear!!
Take advantage of the resort's indoor amenities such as swimming in the indoor pool (no lifeguard on duty), billiards, ping-pong, card room, movie theater, fitness center, and more!

7:30pm: Early diners can hang by the Bonfire with your fellow-Gatherers until showtime!
8pm - Terrace Ballroom: AEG Plays the Hits!
OK, we recognize a band our size doesn't actually have "hits," but we plan to pack this evening with as many fan-favorites as possible, as well as some of our favorite tributes. Come ready to raise a glass and get your sing on with us. 🔥💃🍹🕺 🔥
11pm: Post-show Bonfire and hang with your fellow-Gatherers!
Sunday, March 27th:
8am-10am - Dining Room: Breaky!! (After Saturday's breakfast you know you don't want to miss this...🥞)
10am - Morey Room: Acoustic Session with AEG
Post-breakfast, have another coffee or tea (or perhaps something stronger), and hang with AEG as they unfold the music slow and easy...
12pm-6pm: Flex Time!
Take advantage of our last afternoon in this awesome place with these awesome people.

Monday, March 28th (Our Last Morning...So Sad!!!):
8am-10am - Dining Room: You're gonna miss these breakfasts...
10am - Morey Room: Acoustic Session with Adam - Gatherers Drive!
Post-breakfast, have another coffee or tea, hang with Adam, and keep the requests coming...
11am*: Check Out for Overnight Gatherers
*Make sure you’re checked out before 10am if you want to catch Adam’s full show!
12pm: Final Goodbye's ❤️❤️ WE'LL MISS YOU!! ❤️❤️
